Key identification features: It is a medium-sized to large tree. Its bark is grey, warty, and corky on the outside. The leaves are oblong-lanceolate to elliptic-lanceolate, with an acuminate tip. Pale yellowish flowers arise in terminal and axillary pubescent panicles. The fruit is indehiscent, globose, and has thick walls^.
