Lepidagathis incurva Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don

Distribution: India, China, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines

Flowering & Fruiting: December-March

Key identification features: Curved Lepidagathis is a perennial, nearly erect herb, with almost hairless stems. Flowers are white, brown spotted, borne in dense oblong-ovoid spikes in leaf axils, or at the end of branches.

Uses: Used to stop bleeding (haemostastic), ear infections and the treatment of anemia.
