Distribution: Peninsular India and Sri Lanka

Key identification features: Ceylon Green Champa is a woody climber, with velvet-hairy branchlets. Leaves are oblong-elliptic or lanceshaped. Leaves are pointed or with tapering blunt tips, hairless. Flowers are covered with brownish velvet-hairs.
