identification features: The
tree grows up to 20 m in height, with brown bark that flakes off in thin

glabrous upper surface and dense white tomentose hairs beneath. The bisexual
white flowers are solitary and axillary, while the fruit is a capsule with
winged seeds .
Uses: Its stem bark has been traditionally used to
treat bone fractures and inflammation.
