Key identification features: Rambling shrubs, stem pubescent, prickles short, in 4-rows. Leaves pinnae opposite. Flowers many, 3 mm long, pink; stamens 10. Pods 2-5 cm long, bristly, black when mature.
Uses: It is planted as a shade plant. The plant is used as a fodder.
