Key Identification Features –
This annual herb has an erect stem, opposite leaves, and pale blue flowers. The

Uses - It serves as an ornamental
plant due to its easy cultivation and maintenance. Traditionally, it was used
for medicinal purposes, including wound healing, treating peptic ulcers, and
managing diabetes. Additionally, the plant’s steam was believed to clear lungs
and sinuses.
